Returns -

A Phi Plant Nutrition sales representative, prior to shipping any product back to our warehouse, must  authorize all returns, with a RMA#.   Please call or email  our customer service to get a RMA number if you are not working with a representative.   If a RMA# is not on outside of package, delivery will be refused.  

If there is anything wrong with your item(s) upon arrival, we will replace it at no charge.   All other returns  must be shipped prepaid.  U nopened, undamaged (not including damages incurred during transit) item(s) will be accepted for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.  A 20% restocking fee will apply to non-defective goods returned. Note: Non-defective  products that have been dated, for warranty purposes, from invoice date cannot not be returned. Warranty  Returns must be clean and free of markings, stickers, labels, and price tags – in original shipping condition.

Any items that are used, improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible for return.  See phi.family/terms for our full terms and conditions of the sale.
